Not vibing with your purchase? No problem! Welcome to the Afeeme Returns Portal, where returning items is a breeze. Follow our straightforward 5-step returns process to send back your order hassle-free using Royal Mail.

5-STEP RETURNS PROCESS

  1. Visit your nearest Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point from over 12,500 locations. Unsure where to go? Find your local Royal Mail drop spot!

  2. No printer? No worries! We're eco-friendly, so generate a QR code quickly and follow the instructions.

  3. Sit tight for your refund, which will be processed within just 10 days.

  4. Please be aware that £3.50 will be deducted from your refund for delivery charges*.

  5. Keep your postage receipt safe (just in case!). You're all set and ready for that refund.

THE FINE PRINT

Keep It Timely: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Not sure when you received your order? Check with your courier service for the exact date.

Keep It Pristine: Ensure your items are in their original condition and packaging with tags attached. Look out for any signs of damage. While we admire your flawless tan, we can't accept items with makeup, fake tan, deodorant, or any other stains. Our advice? Try on your items when you're makeup-free!

Keep It Cool: Returns may take up to 14 working days to be fully processed. Hang tight while we process your refund. Still waiting after that? Reach out to our customer service team for updates.

*Refund Policy: If you return your order within the specified time frame, we'll refund the items' costs and the standard delivery fee. However, if you paid extra for next-day or premium weekend delivery, only the standard delivery fee will be refunded. Please note, if you return some items but keep others, you might not receive a refund for the delivery fee. Additionally, the refund may be issued in two parts—one for the item costs and another for the standard delivery charge.
