SERVICE AVAILABILITY While we offer worldwide shipping, certain restrictions apply regarding orders from specific countries. Please refer to our Delivery Information page for details on these restrictions.

YOUR STATUS By placing an order through this website, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering binding contracts.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are a resident in one of the Serviced Countries.

FORMATION OF CONTRACT Upon placing an order, you'll receive an email acknowledging receipt, though this doesn't imply acceptance of the order. The order serves as an offer to purchase a product, subject to availability.

Kindly note that all orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. We'll confirm acceptance by sending a Dispatch Confirmation email once the product is dispatched.

The Contract between us is formed upon sending the Dispatch Confirmation.

We'll only process your order upon receiving full payment, as outlined in Clause 7.

In case of an order error, you may rectify it via email before processing. Once dispatched, refer to our Returns Policy for returning products.

The Contract applies only to products confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We aren't obligated to supply other products until confirmed separately.

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

CUSTOMER RIGHTS As a consumer, you can cancel a Contract within seven days of receiving the products, or within 14 days for EEA users, and receive a full refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.

AVAILABILITY & DELIVERY Orders will be fulfilled by the specified delivery date or within 30 days of the Dispatch Confirmation, barring exceptional circumstances.

PRICE AND PAYMENT Product prices displayed include UK VAT but exclude delivery charges. Payment methods are specified on the website.

We reserve the right to change prices, but such changes won't affect accepted orders.

We'll charge the lower price if a product's correct price is less than stated; otherwise, we'll contact you for instructions or reject the order.

Payment must be made via credit or debit card, with various providers accepted.

FOREIGN PRODUCTS Prices of foreign products may fluctuate due to exchange rates.

Only one promotional code can be used per order.

RETURNS POLICY Refer to our Returns Policy for refund details.

OUR LIABILITY We're liable for non-delivery, incorrect, damaged, or defective products. Our obligation includes making good any such issues, replacing, repairing, or refunding the amount paid.

IMPORT DUTY Orders delivered outside the UK may incur import duties and taxes, for which you're responsible.

WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS Communications will be primarily electronic, and you consent to this form of communication.

TRANSFER OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS The Contract is binding on both parties and their successors. Transfer of the Contract requires prior written consent.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL We're not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control.

WAIVER Failure to enforce any provision doesn't constitute a waiver. No waiver is effective unless in writing.

SEVERABILITY If any provision is deemed invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it'll be severed, while the remaining provisions remain valid.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement, superseding prior agreements.

RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions as required.

LAW AND JURISDICTION These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

DISCOUNT CODE TERMS Discount codes entitle you to specified discounts, applied during checkout. They're for one-time use, not combinable with other offers, and remain our property.

THIRD PARTY You grant us rights to use User Content for marketing. You're responsible for the content you submit.
